David bei Dr Who?

David Bowie wird ein Außerirdischer - in der nächsten Staffel der britischen TV-Serie "Doctor Who".



Die Produzenten der BBC-Serie haben den "China Girl"-Star Berichten zufolge wegen seines "fantastisch außerweltlichen Aussehens" angesprochen. Die britische Zeitung "The Sun" behauptet, dass Bowie in einer zweiteiligen Episode zu sehen sein wird, die im nächsten Jahr (0😎 laufen soll. Ein Insider: "Bowie hat gesagt, er ist interessiert, solange er nicht stundenlang mit Make-up entstellt wird."

Bowie’s willingness to appear in the two-part Dr Who special, to be shown on BBC1 next year, will surprise many of his fans.

Indeed it will surprise many of his fans, as the whole story is as much news to them as it is to him. David Bowie is not planning to star in Dr Who and the whole story is "absolute tish and tosh".



Whatever the intention behind The Sun's story, it certainly wouldn't be the first time that Dr Who producers have approached Bowie to appear in the show. If memory serves, he spurned their advances in the eighties too.



In fact, the Dr Who team have never hidden their fondness for all things Bowie, and it seems there are more than a few Bowie fans who enjoy a bit of Dr Who themselves. Hm, irgendwie schade daß es nicht stimmt.



War heute am Bahnhof und da konnte ich es mir nicht verkneifen mal nach der Sun vom Donnerstag zu fragen. Der Artikel ist ja auch in der Online-Ausgabe samt Foto zu sehen, aber in der gedruckten Ausgabe hab ich zwei Seiten weiter noch diese hübsche Karrikatur zum Thema gefunden:

Jo, ich fand es auch irgendwie schade, dass die Meldung gleich dementiert wurde (naja, ich hab eh als erstes das Dementi gelesen, bevor ich irgendwas anderes zu Gesicht bekam, da war ich wenigstens nicht gar so enttäuscht)

tja...  leider hat Bowie nie bei Dr Who mitgespielt.

Wohl aber Peter Capaldi, selbst großer Bowiefan (er tauchte vor ein paar Jahren sogar auf der Londonder Bowie Party auf!),
der die Rolle auch ein wenig bowiefizierte...

Uiui...ich bin ja kein KI Fan in Bezug auf David, aber angeschaut hab ich mir die Trailer jetzt. Ja, spannend, was da auf uns zukommt. Von jüngeren Menschen bekomme ich tw. mit, dass es ihnen egal sei, ob es KI ist oder nicht. Hauptsache, es gefällt.
Mal sehen, was wir hierzu in five years schreiben...
